Dry Shotcrete Repairs

Repair methods and procedures have improved and continue to become more efficient. The dry method of shotcrete utilizes special equipment to install the repair material. This method minimizes the water content of the mortar and increases the density, providing a superior repair. Forming is minimized due to the ability to control the shape and depth of the mortar application. Larger repairs can be installed in one lift due to the unique nature of the dry shotcrete process. High compressive strengths can be achieved in just a few hours. The project shown required rapid cure and full depth repair in only one lift.
