Facia Repairs

The nature of many repairs is often a mix of structural needs and cosmetic issues. The repairs to this bridge (The London Bridge) were primarily cosmetic but if left unattended would have resulted in long term structural problems. Proper maintenance is the key to avoiding costly repairs in the future. Logistics is often the biggest challenge when performing repairs. In this instance, scaffolding was erected on a houseboat which allowed for access to the hard to reach soffit.
