High Rise Repairs Logistical issues which under normal circumstances would be insignificant, suddenly become major concerns when your project is 15 stories high in an occupied building. The Truesdell Corporation takes pride in our ability to tackle very unique problems. The shoring and patching materials in this photo needed to be carried up to the appropriate floor and removed without interrupting the schedules of other trades and occupants. On the beach in southern California, this building was subjected to the harsh sea elements and showed evidence of corrosion. The balconies were repaired to their original design specifications.
