Truesdell is a growing company filled with opportunities for both existing and new team members. In contrast to mega firms with lots of internal competition for a few key roles, Truesdell is mid-sized firm, constantly growing, and with growth comes opportunity; opportunities to lead. We work very hard to hire and retain the best candidates for each role. Individuals have opportunity to advance in their career as they learn and perform their current responsibilities. As leadership positions are continuously created, we prefer to promote from within, thereby creating opportunity for advancement.
Opportunities at Truesdell include positions in the construction field, project supervision, project management, equipment maintenance, equipment fabrication, warehousing, CDL drivers, accounting and administrative roles. Our goal is to have people work in the role for which they are best suited so they can enjoy and take pride in their work. Often new team members begin their career in an entry-level position such as project engineer, or laborer, however many qualified candidates have joined the team and were immediately assigned a position with leadership responsibilities. We have found that most people sincerely want to advance and grow, but not everyone. For this reason not all candidates will join the team, but if you are looking for an opportunity to start something exciting, you have found your new home.
Truesdell has multiple offices throughout the country, literally from the west coast to the east coast. We complete projects in nearly every state in the union, and continuously add to our geographic footprint. Some positions afford our team member the ability to report to the same location every day, while many of our field positions offer our team members the opportunity to travel and see this beautiful country we call home.
We believe that the leadership of our company is instrumental in creating the vision that allows every team member to prosper and grow, and thereby allowing the company to continue to prosper and grow. Led by a defined list of Core Values and Common Beliefs, the entire company embraces the culture of One Company : One Crew. Training is constant, and feedback is frequent. In addition to practical training, future leaders are groomed and coached early on to be ready to take a leadership position in company management, ensuring that you are ready when your time comes.
