Truesdell recognizes that our work is unique. We work with our team members to help them learn the best practices for carrying out each task. We rely on the massive amount of experience our team holds to help in our training processes. Newer team members are set up with a more experienced team member to facilitate this accelerated sharing of information and knowledge.
For over 40 years Truesdell has continued to grow, and with growth there is a constant need for more effective leaders. Training is constant, and feedback is frequent. In addition to practical training, future leaders are groomed and coached early on to be ready to take a leadership position in company management, ensuring that you are ready when your time comes. As leadership positions are continuously created, we prefer to promote from within, thereby creating opportunity for advancement.
Every year Truesdell brings all of our leaders together under one roof for an exciting event we call the Truesdell Team Experience. This exciting event includes the sharing of the direction, vision, and objectives for the company, as well as continued coaching and training in areas such as leadership development, team building skills, technical training, compliance issues, and variety of fun activities and social events where you get to know your teammates better.
